About Us

High Paid Job is a job search and employment decision-intelligence website designed to help people do more than simply find vacancies.

Our goal is to help job seekers understand opportunities, compare them more meaningfully, and make better-informed career decisions.

More Than a Job Board

Traditional job boards are primarily built around lists of vacancies. High Paid Job is being developed around a different idea: a job listing becomes much more useful when a job seeker can understand the compensation, location flexibility, requirements, evidence quality, possible tradeoffs, and comparable opportunities around it.

Where sufficient reliable information is available, High Paid Job may help visitors evaluate questions such as:

  • How does the advertised salary compare with similar current vacancies?
  • Is the compensation clearly disclosed?
  • Is a remote position genuinely location-independent or subject to geographic restrictions?
  • Is visa sponsorship or relocation assistance explicitly mentioned?
  • What education, experience, licensing, clearance, or other barriers are stated?
  • Are there comparable opportunities offering better compensation?
  • What visible tradeoffs or application requirements should a candidate consider?
  • How much evidence is actually available to support a comparison?

High Paying Jobs — But Not Only High Paying Jobs

As our name suggests, we place particular emphasis on helping people discover and understand higher-paying opportunities. However, High Paid Job is not restricted to executive or high-income positions.

Our search may include jobs across many salary levels, occupations, experience levels, working arrangements, countries, and employment types. Entry-level roles, hourly work, part-time positions, internships, and ordinary everyday jobs can be just as important to the people searching for them.

Employment Decision Intelligence

High Paid Job is being developed as an Employment Decision Intelligence Platform.

Our approach emphasizes:

  • normalizing information from different permitted sources;
  • comparing like with like wherever possible;
  • preserving original salary currencies;
  • distinguishing facts from derived observations;
  • showing the source and provenance of job information;
  • explaining why an opportunity receives a particular analytical finding;
  • showing when there is insufficient information for a reliable conclusion;
  • avoiding false precision and unsupported claims.

Unknown Does Not Mean Negative

An important principle of High Paid Job is that missing information should not automatically be treated as bad information.

For example, if a vacancy does not mention visa sponsorship, we should not automatically claim that sponsorship is unavailable. If salary is not disclosed, we should not treat that salary as zero. If education requirements are not mentioned, we should not assume that no degree is required.

Where evidence is insufficient, we aim to say so clearly.

Independent Job Sources

High Paid Job may obtain job information from multiple third-party APIs, government employment sources, authorized job publishers, employer recruitment systems, employer-provided feeds, and other lawful sources.

We do not want High Paid Job to depend on a single job provider. Our long-term architecture is intentionally designed around multiple independent and replaceable sources.

When attribution is required or useful for transparency, the source of a vacancy is identified. Source attribution does not mean that High Paid Job is owned by, operated by, or endorsed by that provider.

Applications Take Place With the Relevant Employer or Provider

High Paid Job is primarily a discovery, comparison, and intelligence service. Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, job applications are completed on the employer’s, government agency’s, recruitment platform’s, or originating provider’s website.

External application links may therefore open in a separate browser tab so that visitors can retain the High Paid Job page for comparison or reference.

Responsible Analysis

Employment information is often incomplete, changes quickly, and can vary significantly between employers and locations. We therefore aim to be conservative when interpreting job data.

Our analytical tools are intended to support human decision-making, not replace it. Candidates should always read the complete vacancy announcement, verify important details with the employer or authoritative source, and use their own judgment before applying, relocating, resigning from employment, accepting an offer, or making a financial decision.

Our Long-Term Vision

We want High Paid Job to help answer a simple but important question:

Which opportunity may be better for me, why, compared with what, and with what level of evidence?

That is the direction behind High Paid Job.
