PayRange available

Current comparable position is around the 64th percentile.

FlexibilityBroad location freedom

No material geography, office-attendance or timezone restriction is visible in the available wording.

Entry pathRequirements unclear

The listing does not make the minimum education or experience threshold clear enough yet.

MobilityNot established

Sponsorship and relocation support are not clear from the current listing.

This fingerprint summarizes what is clear, constrained or still unanswered in the current listing. It is a reading aid, not an overall job score.

Decision evidence check

5 of 5 core facts stated

This checks whether the listing states the facts that commonly change an employment decision. It measures disclosure completeness, not whether the opportunity is good or bad.

Facts already stated

  • Compensation
  • Work arrangement
  • Location eligibility
  • Application closing time
  • Employment type

Core evidence complete

All five core facts are stated. Other details can still matter, so continue with the qualification, mobility, employer and application checks below.

Unknown information is never converted into a negative score. The questions above exist to prevent missing evidence from being mistaken for a favorable term.

Decision levers

What could make or break the fit?

Reasons to look closer

  • Location flexibility looks unusually broad: The available wording supports high Remote Freedom without a material geography, office-attendance or timezone restriction showing up.

Trade-offs to weigh

No major trade-off is stated clearly in the information available here. Employment terms outside the listing may still matter.

Questions worth asking before you invest more time

  • Confirm whether a degree is actually required, preferred, or replaceable with equivalent experience.
  • Confirm the actual minimum experience requirement rather than assuming preferred background is mandatory.
  • Ask whether visa sponsorship is available before investing significant time in the application.

These questions come from details the listing leaves open. An unanswered point is not treated as a disadvantage.

Constraint opportunity lab

What changes the size of the current opportunity pool?

Each line applies one stricter evidence-based constraint to the same bounded current role-family sample. It helps you see the trade-off in visible choice without deciding which trade-off is right for you.

Require explicit sponsorship or relocation support 0 / 200 0%

Counts only affirmative or possible sponsorship evidence, or relocation explicitly offered. Unknown is not treated as no.

Require worldwide remote evidence 26 / 200 13%

A much stricter subset: only listings with explicit worldwide-remote evidence remain.

Require usable compensation disclosure 40 / 200 20%

Requires amount, explicit ISO currency and a supported pay period. Missing pay evidence remains unknown.

Require at least four Core Decision Facts 63 / 200 32%

Shows the subset with enough stated evidence for a more informed first comparison.

Require a remote-listed arrangement 86 / 200 43%

Counts roles explicitly classified as worldwide remote, region-restricted remote or remote with restrictions still unclear.

Stay around the same seniority band 177 / 200 89%

Includes roles whose seniority is genuinely unspecified rather than assuming they belong to another level.

Keep the same employment type 120 / 132 91%

Uses only roles with a stated employment type.

Keep this advertised salary floor in the same currency 3 / 7

Only same-currency opportunities with usable annualized pay enter this comparison. Other currencies are not converted or treated as lower.

These are counterfactual filters over a bounded sample of current HPJ inventory in the same broad occupation family. They show how visible choice changes when one evidence-based constraint is applied; they do not tell you which constraint you should choose or predict hiring outcomes. The calculation uses the 200 most recent current roles from 3100 visible roles in this broad family.

Salary transparency context

Is pay disclosure typical for this kind of role?

This listing states usable structured compensation. About 20% of the bounded current role sample does the same.

This listingUsable pay stated

Compensation counts only when amount, ISO currency and supported pay period are all known.

Current same-role sample20%

Pay disclosure is uncommon in the current role sample.

Useful next question: Which of these occupational reference skills does the hiring manager actually expect for this specific role, and what evidence would demonstrate them?

These skills belong to one reference occupation selected for HPJ’s broad career family, not a verified classification of this vacancy. Text overlap only means a phrase appears in the available listing text; it does not establish an employer requirement, your proficiency, or a qualification gap. There is no universal opportunity score because pay, flexibility and access matter differently to different people. Compare Jobs lets you weight the evidence around your own priorities.

Decision checklist

What is supported, uncertain or worth checking?

This checklist separates supported strengths, visible cautions and missing evidence. It is not an overall recommendation or guarantee that the job is suitable for you.

Supported strengths

  • The available work-location evidence indicates strong location flexibility.

Visible cautions

No specific caution is supported by the currently available evidence. This does not prove that none exists.

Still unknown

  • Visa sponsorship is not established by the available listing data.

Qualifications & access

What qualifications are explicitly stated?

Entry-barrier evidence limited

EducationEducation requirement not established
Required experience evidenceExperience requirement not established
Explicit required barriers0
Explicit access signals0

Qualification signals come from explicit listing wording. Anything not mentioned remains unknown, so silence is never treated as proof that a degree, experience, licence or other requirement is unnecessary.

Pay vs. barriers

Pay and barrier context available

The current pay position can be viewed alongside the stated barriers, but the available detail does not support a stronger conclusion.

Current-sample pay position

Comparable disclosed-pay evidence places this job at about 64 / 100 within its current occupation/seniority sample.

Evidence gaps that could change this interpretation
  • Education requirement is not established.
  • Required prior-experience level is not established.

This section weighs pay context against clearly stated barriers without collapsing unlike requirements into one universal score. Degree, experience, licensing, clearance and location limits remain separate, and missing qualification details stay unknown.

Beyond the headline

Not enough evidence for a hidden-value finding

Potential hidden value appears only when several distinct non-pay advantages are actually supported. Missing requirements or benefits are never counted as positives.

Competitive current-sample pay position

The annualized salary midpoint is at or above about 64% of the current comparable disclosed-salary sample.

Strong location flexibility

The observable Remote Freedom evidence is strong and contains few explicit restriction signals.

Still check: The current application path is provider-mediated rather than directly classified as an employer-authorized or official route.

Hidden Value is an experimental evidence summary, not an investment-style score or guarantee of employability. It only uses explicit current listing evidence and does not infer that an unmentioned qualification is unnecessary.

At Sword, we’re building AI to heal billions and unlock humanity’s full potential. In doing so, we’re pioneering AI Care, a fundamentally new approach to healthcare built for medical reasoning, safety, and real-time treatment, not generic technology applied after the fact. As both a clinical-centric frontier AI lab and an applied AI platform, Sword is reimagining how care is delivered at scale, removing traditional barriers like appointments, waiting rooms, and stigma so more people can access the care they need—and ultimately get back to lives lived in full.

Since 2020, Sword has expanded across physical therapy, women’s health, cardiometabolic, and mental health, and is now moving beyond the session to a fully AI-native, 24/7 care program that brings physical activity, therapeutic exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition, and behavior change into one connected experience. More than 700,000 members across three continents have completed over 10 million AI sessions, helping 1,000+ enterprise clients avoid more than $1 billion in unnecessary healthcare costs. Backed by 42 clinical studies, 44+ patents, and more than $500 million raised from leading investors including Khosla Ventures, General Catalyst, and Founders Fund, Sword is defining a new standard for healthcare.

AI Proficiency at Sword

AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword. Every candidate is assessed against our three-level framework — be ready to share real examples of how AI is already part of how you work.

  • Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

  • Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team

  • Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and build our AI agents and workflows, and the platform underneath them;;
  • Design the APIs, schemas and data pipelines the agents depend on;
  • Build for reliability and latency live agents demand;
  • Extend our multi-deployment architecture so a new client ships without forking the core;
  • Find the bottlenecks and scale the system as call volume and data complexity grow;
  • Drive technical decisions on infrastructure and practices, and mentor the engineers around you.

What you need to have

  • 5+ years in backend engineering, building and running systems in production;
  • Strong Python in production, building and maintaining high-performance APIs;
  • Solid SQL, schema design and migrations;
  • Experience with event-driven systems and message queues;
  • Strong grasp of design patterns and clean architecture boundaries;
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP;
  • Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English, at a proficient level.

What we would love to see

  • Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain;
  • Experience with voice or telephony systems, where latency is a product requirement;
  • Experience serving several clients from one codebase;
  • Experience with distributed systems and high-availability services;
  • Experience with CI/CD, containers and automated testing at scale.
