Executive opportunity brief
The decision in one screen
A compact evidence-first read of compensation, flexibility, mobility and what still needs verification. No universal quality score is used.
Fast read
Opportunity DNA
One strong reason to look closer: pay compares strongly with similar current roles. An important detail is still open: confirm whether a degree is actually required, preferred, or replaceable with equivalent experience.
Around the 99th percentile within 17 comparable USD salary observations.
No material geography, office-attendance or timezone restriction is visible in the available wording.
The listing does not make the minimum education or experience threshold clear enough yet.
Sponsorship and relocation support are not clear from the current listing.
Part of the application route can be assessed, but the full external process may contain additional steps.
At least one recent enabled source can still renew this vacancy.
This fingerprint summarizes what is clear, constrained or still unanswered in the current listing. It is a reading aid, not an overall job score.
Decision evidence check
5 of 5 core facts stated
This checks whether the listing states the facts that commonly change an employment decision. It measures disclosure completeness, not whether the opportunity is good or bad.
Facts already stated
- Compensation
- Work arrangement
- Advertised location
- Application closing time
- Employment type
Core evidence complete
All five core facts are stated. Other details can still matter, so continue with the qualification, mobility, employer and application checks below.
Advertised location is not proof of work authorization, sponsorship, or legal eligibility. Unknown information is not a negative score; verify those questions separately.
Decision levers
What could make or break the fit?
Reasons to look closer
- Pay compares strongly with similar current roles: The annualized midpoint is around the 99th percentile among 17 comparable USD salary observations.
- Location flexibility looks unusually broad: The available wording supports high Remote Freedom without a material geography, office-attendance or timezone restriction showing up.
Trade-offs to weigh
No major trade-off is stated clearly in the information available here. Employment terms outside the listing may still matter.
Questions worth asking before you invest more time
- Confirm whether a degree is actually required, preferred, or replaceable with equivalent experience.
- Confirm the actual minimum experience requirement rather than assuming preferred background is mandatory.
- Ask whether visa sponsorship is available before investing significant time in the application.
These questions come from details the listing leaves open. An unanswered point is not treated as a disadvantage.

Role market context
How much current choice is visible around this kind of work?
This compares the vacancy with current High Paid Job inventory in the broad People & HR roles family. It describes visible choice and disclosure, not future demand or career quality.
200 most recent current roles sampled for the disclosure measures below.
Distinct employers in the bounded current sample, not an estimate of all employers hiring in the market.
Current sampled roles stating at least four of the five Core Decision Facts.
Requires a numeric amount, explicit ISO currency and supported pay period.

Missing deadline evidence remains unknown and is not interpreted as an open-ended application window.
Currencies with explicit pay evidence in the sample: USD (90) · EUR (4) · GBP (2) · AUD (1). Raw amounts across different currencies are not compared.

Constraint opportunity lab
What changes the size of the current opportunity pool?
Each line applies one stricter evidence-based constraint to the same bounded current role-family sample. It helps you see the trade-off in visible choice without deciding which trade-off is right for you.
Counts only affirmative or possible sponsorship evidence, or relocation explicitly offered. Unknown is not treated as no.
Only same-currency opportunities with usable annualized pay enter this comparison. Other currencies are not converted or treated as lower.
A much stricter subset: only listings with explicit worldwide-remote evidence remain.
Shows the subset with enough stated evidence for a more informed first comparison.
Counts roles explicitly classified as worldwide remote, region-restricted remote or remote with restrictions still unclear.
Requires amount, explicit ISO currency and a supported pay period. Missing pay evidence remains unknown.
Includes roles whose seniority is genuinely unspecified rather than assuming they belong to another level.
Uses only roles with a stated employment type.
These are counterfactual filters over a bounded sample of current HPJ inventory in the same broad occupation family. They show how visible choice changes when one evidence-based constraint is applied; they do not tell you which constraint you should choose or predict hiring outcomes. The calculation uses the 200 most recent current roles from 479 visible roles in this broad family.
Salary transparency context
Is pay disclosure typical for this kind of role?
This listing states usable structured compensation. About 49% of the bounded current role sample does the same.
Compensation counts only when amount, ISO currency and supported pay period are all known.
Pay disclosure is limited in the current role sample.
Employer-level comparison is withheld until enough current employer listings are available.
This compares salary-disclosure behavior in current visible listings. It does not compare raw salary amounts across currencies, infer undisclosed pay as zero, or rate employer quality.

Skill bridge
What does this role connect to?
This listing names several concrete skills, but they do not currently overlap with the most frequently surfaced skill labels in the sampled People & HR roles opportunities.
Skills named in this listing
Shared with the current career sample
The recognized skills in this listing do not overlap with the current top-skill list for this occupation sample.
Additional signals in this listing: Procurement
Application edge
- If these skills match your background, prepare one concrete example that shows how you used Procurement rather than relying on a keyword-only claim.
If the named skills are genuinely transferable in your own experience, the occupation map also points to adjacent current families worth researching: Operations & program roles. This is exploration context, not a qualification match.
Skill signals come from explicit text mentions. A mention is not automatically a requirement, and absence from the current top-skill list does not make a skill rare or unimportant. The current career comparison draws on 88 sampled listings; 30 contain a recognized skill signal.

Decision analysis
What the listing really tells you
Founding Recruiter at Suppli becomes easier to judge once compensation has enough depth for comparison, remote flexibility can be weighed properly, and the visible application effort can be estimated are viewed together. Here is the current read from the information available.
Compensation has enough depth for comparison
Among 17 current comparable salaries in USD, the normalized annual midpoint is around the 99th percentile. This compares advertised pay in the same currency and does not include every element of total compensation.
Remote flexibility can be weighed properly
The work-location pattern is “Highly location-flexible”, with Remote Freedom at 96/100.
The visible application effort can be estimated
Provider-mediated application path. The external application may contain additional steps that are not visible from the listing itself.
Source continuity adds useful context
The opportunity currently has 1 renewable source path across 1 source classes. Multiple independent paths can strengthen continuity, but they are not a substitute for checking the application destination.
How this analysis is assembled
The brief pulls together the parts of the vacancy that can be compared reliably today. Gaps in the listing remain visible instead of being filled with assumptions.
Analysis evidence coverage
How much analysis can the current evidence support?
Uses the explainable High Pay Score within the job’s current occupation/seniority/currency comparison sample.
Measures observable location flexibility and explicit restrictions; it does not determine whether remote work is personally desirable.
The configured source supplied structured salary fields, a usable currency and a focused comparison value.
The listing was posted about 19 days ago. Verify that it is still accepting applications.
At least one enabled source recently observed the vacancy. The source chain is traceable, but this is not independent employer verification.
There is no universal opportunity score because pay, flexibility and access matter differently to different people. Compare Jobs lets you weight the evidence around your own priorities.
Decision checklist
What is supported, uncertain or worth checking?
This checklist separates supported strengths, visible cautions and missing evidence. It is not an overall recommendation or guarantee that the job is suitable for you.
Supported strengths
- Advertised pay is above much of the current comparable disclosed-salary sample.
- The available work-location evidence indicates strong location flexibility.
Visible cautions
- The listing was posted about 19 days ago. Verify that it is still accepting applications.
Still unknown
- Visa sponsorship is not established by the available listing data.
Pay vs. barriers
Strong pay; barrier efficiency remains uncertain
Pay compares strongly, but the listing does not provide enough detail about barriers or access routes to call the role unusually accessible.
Comparable disclosed-pay evidence places this job at about 99 / 100 within its current occupation/seniority sample.
- Education requirement is not established.
- Required prior-experience level is not established.
This section weighs pay context against clearly stated barriers without collapsing unlike requirements into one universal score. Degree, experience, licensing, clearance and location limits remain separate, and missing qualification details stay unknown.
Beyond the headline
Strong multidimensional signals
The role combines a strong current pay position with at least one clear non-pay advantage. Whether that makes it a better choice depends on your priorities.
The annualized salary midpoint is at or above about 99% of the current comparable disclosed-salary sample.
The observable Remote Freedom evidence is strong and contains few explicit restriction signals.
Still check: The current application path is provider-mediated rather than directly classified as an employer-authorized or official route.
Hidden Value is an experimental evidence summary, not an investment-style score or guarantee of employability. It only uses explicit current listing evidence and does not infer that an unmentioned qualification is unnecessary.

Work-location intelligence
Remote Freedom
Highly location-flexible
Why this score?
- The source describes the role as open worldwide or globally.
Flexibility signals detected
- Worldwide or global remote eligibility is explicitly indicated.
Remote Freedom measures observable location flexibility only. Unknown work-location information remains unscored. Timezone wording is penalized only when it appears restrictive; general collaboration across time zones is not treated as a restriction. A score does not guarantee legal work eligibility, payroll availability or visa sponsorship.

Tradeoff check
What’s the catch?
No obvious trade-off appears in the available job details. That does not mean the role has no drawbacks, so the original listing and employment terms are still worth reading carefully.
Current alternatives
Better-paying alternatives
These current roles show a materially higher annualized salary midpoint in the same broad occupation and currency. Similar seniority, country, work arrangement, employment type and recency are preferred where possible; higher pay alone does not make an alternative a better fit.

Check: Seniority is not explicit in the alternative listing. The alternative has an unusually broad advertised salary range.
Alternatives are drawn from the current inventory rather than presented as application recommendations. A pay difference needs to be meaningful—about 3% or more at the midpoint—and different currencies are not compared.
Application-path intelligence
What can we see about the application process?
Provider-mediated application path
The current application path comes through a publisher or aggregator. The destination may still lead to an employer-authorized hiring system, but that is not clear enough to assume.

No additional required application step is clear in the available listing text. This does not mean the external application is one-click or friction-free.
Application effort is estimated from visible listing and source details. Optional steps are kept separate from mandatory ones, and the external form may contain additional requirements that are not visible here.

Before you share money or sensitive information
- Confirm the vacancy on the employer’s official careers site when practical, especially if a recruiter contacts you outside the listed application path.
- Check that recruiter email domains and application destinations are consistent with the employer or an identifiable recruiting provider.
- Do not pay application, processing, training or equipment fees merely to be considered for a job.
- Do not send cryptocurrency, gift cards, online-banking credentials or PINs as part of an application.
- Treat unusually fast offers or interviews conducted only through informal messaging channels as reasons to verify the employer independently.
This is a limited safety screen, not employer verification and not a fraud determination. Never send money, cryptocurrency, passwords or sensitive banking credentials merely because a listing appears on a job platform.

About Suppli
Suppli is the AI-native accounts receivable platform for distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers who sell physical goods on net terms. Our AI credit teammate executes AR end to end — from credit application to cash application — synced bi-directionally to the ERPs this industry already runs: Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, DMSi Agility, Trimble, and 20+ others. It underwrites every new account before the first order ships, works every aging account every day, resolves routine customer inquiries, takes payment by text or portal, and auto-matches 80% of incoming cash. Customers go live in 90 days and see results in month one: 15% average DSO reduction, 50% fewer inbound calls, and 91% of their customers saying paying is easier.
The timing matters. AI infrastructure and data-center buildout are pulling hard on steel, copper, HVAC, electrical gear, and construction materials — volume that flows through the same net-30/60 supply chains we serve. Credit, collections, payments, and cash application in this industry still run on decade-old portals and human-in-the-loop suites. We're replacing that class of software on real volume — $7B+ in open A/R managed on Suppli today for customers like Golden State Lumber, R.F. Fager, Chaney Enterprises, and Decks & Docks — as an Affiliated Distributors Preferred Service Provider, SOC 2 Type II and PCI compliant. We're early enough that the people we hire in the next year will define the company.
The product works. The next constraint is talent. This seat owns that constraint.
The role
You are our founding recruiter — one person who owns talent across engineering, product, sales, customer success, and whatever seat we open next (ops, finance, support). This is a founding-ownership seat, not a coordination job and not a closer job.
Finding candidates is not the hard part anymore. With tools like Juicebox and Metaview, anyone can build a list of 200 qualified people before lunch. The hard part is getting the right 20 of them to say yes to a 30-minute conversation about a company they've never heard of, in an industry they've never thought about. That's the job. Your core metric is outreach → first call, and hiring managers take it from there.
Center of gravity for the next stretch: engineering and product first, with sales and CS in parallel as we scale GTM.
This is a startup grind, not a typical remote job. We're looking for people who want to overhaul how an industry works, and we expect the person in this seat to want that too.
Comp is deliberately above market. We're not looking for someone who can grow into this — we want the person who has already done it and can prove it.
You own the stack
You pick every tool you work with, and the default is AI-native.
ATS is your call. Ashby, Greenhouse, an AI-native ATS, or something you assemble yourself — you choose it, you own it, you migrate us onto it.
Sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, research, scheduling — same rule. Juicebox, Metaview, whatever comes next. If it makes you faster and it's built for how recruiting works in 2026, buy it.
AI is default infrastructure, not a slide in a deck. Market mapping, list building, outreach drafting, note synthesis, funnel analytics — we expect the busywork automated so your time goes to the conversations that move people. If the tool you need doesn't exist, build it; you'll have engineers who want to help.
Budget is pre-approved. There is no procurement queue. You will not be asked to justify a tool to a committee.
What you'll do
Convert passive candidates into first calls — write outreach that a senior engineer or top AE actually replies to, follow up with judgment instead of a drip sequence, and build the credibility on a first touch that makes someone take the meeting.
Build lists fast, then stop. Use whatever AI sourcing tools you want to get to a qualified list in hours, not days, so your time goes to the conversations that move people.
Own top-of-funnel quality — screen with taste so hiring managers only spend time on people who clear the bar; push back when a req is fuzzy or the bar is slipping.
Partner tightly with hiring managers — run crisp intakes, calibrate profiles fast, and stay in lockstep through the process without owning the close.
Run a lightweight hiring system — scorecards where they help, zero process theater, ATS hygiene, and a candidate experience that feels like a sharp startup (fast, clear, respectful).
Instrument the funnel — track what matters, starting with response rate and outreach → first-call conversion, then screen → onsite → offer → accept, time-in-stage, and source quality. Kill what's not working.
Build AI-native recruiting workflows — automate research, market mapping, sequencing, and busywork so your time goes to judgment, relationships, and hard searches.
Prioritize ruthlessly — multiple searches will be open at once; part of the job is knowing what moves the company this month.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
You've done this before — 5+ years recruiting in-house or agency, and you can name the engineers, PMs, and GTM hires you personally sourced who got offers. Ideally you were the first or solo recruiter at a seed–Series B company during a hiring ramp.
Proven at getting people on the phone — you can show your reply and first-call rates on cold outreach to passive senior candidates, and explain what you did differently from the recruiters they ignored. List-building with Juicebox/Metaview/Boolean is assumed; conversion is what we're paying for.
Full-cycle as a solo IC — you've run searches end-to-end across technical and non-technical roles without a big recruiting org behind you.
Engineering fluency — you can hold a real conversation with eng hiring managers, spot strong builders vs. résumé keywords, and represent technical roles credibly.
AI-native by habit, not by mandate — you already use AI daily to research markets, draft and iterate outreach, synthesize notes, and speed ops; you've picked and set up your own recruiting tools before; and you have opinions about what not to automate.
High taste + bias to action — you know what "great" looks like, move without a playbook, and don't wait for perfect process.
Nice-to-haves
You've stood up or migrated an ATS from scratch.
Dense network in software / AI-adjacent engineering talent.
Experience hiring for product + GTM in the same year as eng.
