Fast read

Opportunity DNA

The available details do not point to a single standout advantage yet. The clearest issue to weigh is the pay picture is incomplete.

PayNot disclosed

A financial comparison will need the approved compensation range.

FlexibilityLocation limits visible

Geographic eligibility is restricted to a country or region.

Entry pathHigher entry bar

One or more material qualification requirements are stated and may narrow the realistic applicant pool.

MobilityNot established

Sponsorship and relocation support are not clear from the current listing.

ApplicationSome process detail

Part of the application route can be assessed, but the full external process may contain additional steps.

TraceabilityCurrent source traceable

At least one recent enabled source can still renew this vacancy.

This fingerprint summarizes what is clear, constrained or still unanswered in the current listing. It is a reading aid, not an overall job score.

Decision evidence check

3 of 5 core facts stated

This checks whether the listing states the facts that commonly change an employment decision. It measures disclosure completeness, not whether the opportunity is good or bad.

Facts already stated

  • Work arrangement
  • Location eligibility
  • Employment type

What to verify next

  • Compensation: What is the approved compensation range, and what portion is guaranteed base pay rather than variable compensation?
  • Application closing time: Is there a firm application deadline, a rolling review window or no stated closing date?

Unknown information is never converted into a negative score. The questions above exist to prevent missing evidence from being mistaken for a favorable term.

Decision levers

What could make or break the fit?

Reasons to look closer

Nothing stands out strongly enough yet to call a clear advantage. The role may still be attractive for reasons the listing does not spell out.

Trade-offs to weigh

  • The pay picture is incomplete: No usable salary range is stated, so a meaningful financial comparison is not possible yet.
  • Location rules could change the fit: Geographic eligibility is restricted to a country or region.

Questions worth asking before you invest more time

  • Ask for the approved compensation range before comparing this opportunity financially.
  • Confirm the actual minimum experience requirement rather than assuming preferred background is mandatory.
  • Ask whether visa sponsorship is available before investing significant time in the application.

These questions come from details the listing leaves open. An unanswered point is not treated as a disadvantage.

Role market context

How much current choice is visible around this kind of work?

This compares the vacancy with current High Paid Job inventory in the broad Sales roles family. It describes visible choice and disclosure, not future demand or career quality.

Current visible roles2,981

200 most recent current roles sampled for the disclosure measures below.

Employers represented142

Distinct employers in the bounded current sample, not an estimate of all employers hiring in the market.

Decision-ready disclosure38%

Current sampled roles stating at least four of the five Core Decision Facts.

Compensation stated26%

Requires a numeric amount, explicit ISO currency and supported pay period.

Work arrangement stated96%

Listings with explicit enough remote, hybrid or on-site evidence to classify.

Stated closing time26%

Missing deadline evidence remains unknown and is not interpreted as an open-ended application window.

Disclosure comparison: This listing states about the same number of core decision facts as the median role in the current sample. This listing: 3/5 · sample median: 3.0/5.

Currencies with explicit pay evidence in the sample: USD (33) · EUR (8) · GBP (8) · CHF (3). Raw amounts across different currencies are not compared.

This describes current visible High Paid Job inventory in the same broad occupation family. Percentages use a bounded recent sample and are not a forecast, a complete labor-market census or an employer-quality measure.

Constraint opportunity lab

What changes the size of the current opportunity pool?

Each line applies one stricter evidence-based constraint to the same bounded current role-family sample. It helps you see the trade-off in visible choice without deciding which trade-off is right for you.

Require explicit sponsorship or relocation support 0 / 200 0%

Counts only affirmative or possible sponsorship evidence, or relocation explicitly offered. Unknown is not treated as no.

Require worldwide remote evidence 35 / 200 18%

A much stricter subset: only listings with explicit worldwide-remote evidence remain.

Stay in the same stated country 19 / 96 20%

Uses only roles where a country is known. Roles without country evidence are excluded from this denominator.

Require usable compensation disclosure 52 / 200 26%

Requires amount, explicit ISO currency and a supported pay period. Missing pay evidence remains unknown.

Require at least four Core Decision Facts 76 / 200 38%

Shows the subset with enough stated evidence for a more informed first comparison.

Require a remote-listed arrangement 102 / 200 51%

Counts roles explicitly classified as worldwide remote, region-restricted remote or remote with restrictions still unclear.

Stay around the same seniority band 139 / 200 70%

Includes roles whose seniority is genuinely unspecified rather than assuming they belong to another level.

Keep the same employment type 142 / 147 97%

Uses only roles with a stated employment type.

These are counterfactual filters over a bounded sample of current HPJ inventory in the same broad occupation family. They show how visible choice changes when one evidence-based constraint is applied; they do not tell you which constraint you should choose or predict hiring outcomes. The calculation uses the 200 most recent current roles from 2981 visible roles in this broad family.

Salary transparency context

Is pay disclosure typical for this kind of role?

This listing does not state usable structured compensation. About 26% of the bounded current role sample does.

This listingUsable pay not stated

Compensation counts only when amount, ISO currency and supported pay period are all known.

Current same-role sample26%

Pay disclosure is limited in the current role sample.

Current employer pattern27%

This employer’s current pay-disclosure rate is broadly similar to the current same-role sample.

This compares salary-disclosure behavior in current visible listings. It does not compare raw salary amounts across currencies, infer undisclosed pay as zero, or rate employer quality.

Useful next question: Which of these occupational reference skills does the hiring manager actually expect for this specific role, and what evidence would demonstrate them?

These skills belong to one reference occupation selected for HPJ’s broad career family, not a verified classification of this vacancy. Text overlap only means a phrase appears in the available listing text; it does not establish an employer requirement, your proficiency, or a qualification gap. • If these skills match your background, prepare one concrete example that shows how you used Large Language Models, Procurement, and Salesforce rather than relying on a keyword-only claim.
  • A degree requirement is stated. Verify the exact field, level and equivalency wording before treating your education as a match or mismatch.

If the named skills are genuinely transferable in your own experience, the occupation map also points to adjacent current families worth researching: Customer success & support roles and Marketing roles. This is exploration context, not a qualification match.

Skill signals come from explicit text mentions. A mention is not automatically a requirement, and absence from the current top-skill list does not make a skill rare or unimportant. The current career comparison draws on 120 sampled listings; 78 contain a recognized skill signal.

Source provenance evidenceEstablished source evidence

At least one enabled source recently observed the vacancy. The source chain is traceable, but this is not independent employer verification.

There is no universal opportunity score because pay, flexibility and access matter differently to different people. Compare Jobs lets you weight the evidence around your own priorities.

Decision checklist

What is supported, uncertain or worth checking?

This checklist separates supported strengths, visible cautions and missing evidence. It is not an overall recommendation or guarantee that the job is suitable for you.

Supported strengths

No standout strength is supported strongly enough to list here. That is not a negative rating.

Visible cautions

  • Geographic eligibility is restricted to a country or region.
  • The description appears to mention an advanced degree requirement or preference.
  • This is remote work with a geographic restriction, not a worldwide-remote vacancy.
  • Degree requirement stated

Still unknown

  • There is not enough comparable salary evidence to establish this job’s current pay position.
  • Visa sponsorship is not established by the available listing data.

Qualifications & access

Explicit required barriers1
Explicit access signals0

Explicit requirements worth checking

  • Degree requirement stated: The listing appears to state a degree as a required or mandatory qualification. Verify the exact field and equivalency rules in the authoritative application.

Qualification signals come from explicit listing wording. Anything not mentioned remains unknown, so silence is never treated as proof that a degree, experience, licence or other requirement is unnecessary.

Pay vs. barriers

Opportunity Efficiency not assessed

The current pay position is not reliable enough to weigh compensation against the stated barriers.

Explicit stated barriers

1 explicit required barrier is visible in the available wording.

Location-freedom constraints

1 explicit Remote Freedom restriction signal is present and is shown separately from qualification requirements.

Evidence gaps that could change this interpretation
  • Current comparable pay position is unavailable.
  • Required prior-experience level is not established.

This section weighs pay context against clearly stated barriers without collapsing unlike requirements into one universal score. Degree, experience, licensing, clearance and location limits remain separate, and missing qualification details stay unknown.

Beyond the headline

Not enough evidence for a hidden-value finding

Potential hidden value appears only when several distinct non-pay advantages are actually supported. Missing requirements or benefits are never counted as positives.

Still check: Degree requirement stated · The current application path is provider-mediated rather than directly classified as an employer-authorized or official route.

Hidden Value is an experimental evidence summary, not an investment-style score or guarantee of employability. It only uses explicit current listing evidence and does not infer that an unmentioned qualification is unnecessary.

Questions worth asking this employer

  • What compensation range applies to this role, and which parts of total compensation are fixed versus variable?
  • If work authorization matters to you, what sponsorship policy applies to this specific role and location?
  • If a move is required, is relocation assistance available for this position?
  • What is the expected application and interview timeline if the listing does not state a closing date?

These questions are prompted by missing or thin evidence in the employer’s current visible vacancies. Missing evidence is not treated as a negative judgement.

This employer snapshot uses the employer’s current visible listings. Remote and sponsorship rates use only vacancies with explicit evidence, while missing information stays unknown. Salary medians are shown separately by currency and need at least five disclosed salaries. Work-location intelligence

Remote Freedom

62/100

Remote with some uncertainty or restrictions

62%

Why this score?

  • The role is remote but the source identifies a country or regional restriction.

Location restrictions detected

  • Geographic eligibility is restricted to a country or region.

Remote Freedom measures observable location flexibility only. Unknown work-location information remains unscored. Timezone wording is penalized only when it appears restrictive; general collaboration across time zones is not treated as a restriction. A score does not guarantee legal work eligibility, payroll availability or visa sponsorship.

International applicant intelligence

Visa & relocation signals

Sponsorship status is shown only when the listing provides clear enough wording. Employer history or headquarters location is not used to guess an answer.

Visa sponsorshipSponsorship not established

The available listing details do not contain a clear enough sponsorship statement.

RelocationRelocation support not established

The available listing details do not contain a clear enough relocation statement.

Tradeoff check

What’s the catch?

These are visible conditions worth checking before treating the headline compensation as the whole story:

  • The description appears to mention an advanced degree requirement or preference.
  • This is remote work with a geographic restriction, not a worldwide-remote vacancy.

Application-path intelligence

What can we see about the application process?

Provider-mediated application path

The current application path comes through a publisher or aggregator. The destination may still lead to an employer-authorized hiring system, but that is not clear enough to assume.

Current destination: jobicy.com · HTTPS

No additional required application step is clear in the available listing text. This does not mean the external application is one-click or friction-free.

Application effort is estimated from visible listing and source details. Optional steps are kept separate from mandatory ones, and the external form may contain additional requirements that are not visible here.

Application safety context

Application safety check

Basic application-safety context available

The current application destination has a basic transport-safety signal such as HTTPS. This does not verify the employer, vacancy, recruiter or application process.

Evidence checked: Source provenance · Application destination · Listing wording

Observable transport-safety signals

  • The available application destination uses HTTPS.
Before you share money or sensitive information
  • Confirm the vacancy on the employer’s official careers site when practical, especially if a recruiter contacts you outside the listed application path.
  • Check that recruiter email domains and application destinations are consistent with the employer or an identifiable recruiting provider.
  • Do not pay application, processing, training or equipment fees merely to be considered for a job.
  • Do not send cryptocurrency, gift cards, online-banking credentials or PINs as part of an application.
  • Treat unusually fast offers or interviews conducted only through informal messaging channels as reasons to verify the employer independently.

This is a limited safety screen, not employer verification and not a fraud determination. Never send money, cryptocurrency, passwords or sensitive banking credentials merely because a listing appears on a job platform.

Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Opportunity

Deepgram is expanding into EMEA, and we're seeking a GM, Sales to own the region — building and leading the Enterprise and commercial segments of our Account Executive team, establishing Deepgram's European home in London, and driving growth across the region.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll work with sales leadership to continue optimizing the systems, playbooks, and culture that scale ARR growth, while developing a high-performing team that converts opportunities into long-lasting customers. A core part of your mission is building Deepgram's next generation of sales talent through world-class training, coaching, and structured career development.

You'll also be more than a revenue leader. As our senior-most voice in EMEA, you'll bring what you learn in the field back into the company and shape what we build — regional product-market fit, roadmap priorities, and the technical requirements European enterprises hold us to.

You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product to align pipeline strategy and leverage modern AI tools to boost productivity, personalization, and team efficiency. Equal parts operator, coach, and builder, you'll combine data-driven rigor with creativity to shape how Deepgram grows its customer base and its sales talent.

What You'll Do

  • Scale the Region: Own the EMEA number. Build and execute a strategic roadmap to drive hyper-growth in ARR, from initial land to enterprise-wide expansion.

  • Open London: Stand up Deepgram's London office as our EMEA hub — and treat it as a commercial asset, not just real estate. It will host customer and developer events, executive briefings, partner sessions, and the team you build.

  • "Challenge & Lead": Recruit and mentor a high-performance team of Account Executives. Manage Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a dotted-line structure. You will instill a culture of "Challenger" selling — teaching AEs how to disrupt legacy incumbents and lead with technical ROI.

  • Shape the Product: Act as the voice of EMEA inside Deepgram. Translate field signal — deal losses, evaluation criteria, data residency and compliance requirements, language and accent coverage — into specific, prioritized input that changes what we build and when.

  • Build the Ecosystem: Identify and sign strategic regional partners, GSIs, and local resellers to act as a force multiplier for Deepgram's direct sales efforts.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement rigorous forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory management across multiple countries, languages, and buying cultures. You will bridge the gap between London and our US HQ.

  • C-Suite Influence: Act as the primary executive sponsor for major regional accounts, navigating complex procurement cycles and technical AI evaluations.

You'll Love This Role If You

  • Thrive on building and scaling high-performing teams that consistently beat targets.

  • Want to build something from the ground up — including the office, the team, and the regional playbook.

  • Value working with tenured, high-caliber leaders who prioritize clarity, accountability, collaboration, and execution.

  • Enjoy blending data-driven sales operations with creative, human-centered leadership.

  • Are energized by developing AEs and building a culture of growth and continuous learning.

  • Believe in the power of AI to transform productivity, and are eager to harness cutting-edge tools to optimize performance.

  • Are passionate about Deepgram's mission to redefine what's possible with speech technology.

It's Important to Us That You Have

  • Experience: 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) covering EMEA — including the UK and at least one of DACH, the Nordics, France, or Southern Europe.

  • The "Deepgram DNA": A deep fascination with AI, LLMs, and API-first products. You should be comfortable discussing technical architecture as easily as you discuss revenue targets.

  • Product Influence: You've done more than sell — you've changed what your company built. You can point to specific roadmap decisions, features, or product bets that happened because of how you brought the market back to Product and Engineering.

  • Proven Growth: A track record of scaling a regional business from early traction to high-scale maturity ($10M+ ARR growth experience preferred).

  • Partnership Prowess: Demonstrable experience building channel programs that significantly contribute to the total revenue mix.

  • High ASP Focus: Expertise in value-based selling to increase Average Selling Price and win rates in a competitive technical landscape.

  • Operational Rigor: Deep familiarity with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, etc.) and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree is a plus.

  • Fluency in navigating EU data protection and AI regulation as a commercial topic, not just a legal one.
