  1. You need to have INCOME. It takes money to make money. You will reap what you sow.
  2. You need to SAVE Money. You need to be able to save what you earned. Beware of little expenses, a small leak will sink a great ship. If your income is very low, you need to save at least 30% of your income. Be discipline. Resist the temptation to buy stuffs that you might not need later.
  3. You need to have KNOWLEDGE. Acquire knowledge. Why those who work lesser are paid higher than those who work harder? Because they have the knowledge that others do not have.
  4. You need to APPLY your KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge without zeal is useless. Zeal without knowledge is dangerous.
  5. You need to find OPPORTUNITIES. Seek opportunities. Knowledgeable person will find opportunities easier.
  6. You need DISCIPLINE. To save money, you need discipline. Train yourself to be self-controlled.
  7. You need to Manage Your Time Wisely. Respect time. Do not waste a single moment of your time. Be aware of every moment.
  8. Take Calculated Risk But Do Not Gamble. Never gamble. Buying lotteries or lotto is a big NO NO. Of course there are people who become rich through gambling. But their number is very small. It is better to save that money in the bank. You will need that money later when opportunity come. If you gambled away your money, you might be wondering why you do not have enough money to start your own business when the opportunity come.
  9. You need to be CREATIVE. Never laugh at crazy idea. Think about the impossible.
  10. You need to be PERSISTENT. Keep on knocking and the door shall be opened to you. Don’t give up so easily. Persistent means refusing to give up or let go; persevering obstinately.
  11. You need a GOAL. Without having a goal in life, you will never know where you are now. Set a goal.
  12. You need to PLAN. You need to devise plans on achieving your goals.
  13. LOVE your job. In order to be creative you need to love what you are doing. In order to be persistent, you need to love what you are doing. If you hate your job, then you need to find the job that you love.
