Make Today Better Than Yesterday!

Is your today better than your yesterday? Have you achieved anything meaningful today? Make today count! Always strive to make today better than yesterday! You can always better your best.

Don’t count the days, make the days count.

If you are good, strive to be better. Do your best today so that today will be better than yesterday and tomorrow will be better than today! What you do today can improve all your tomorrows. So do not hold back! Do not procrastinate! Be productive today! The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today. The road to success is always under construction. Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant. Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. Much may be done in those little shreds and patches of time which every day produces, and which most men throw away. Self-discipline requires you to connect today’s actions to tomorrow’s results. You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.

Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. This day is all that is good and fair. It is too dear, with its hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on yesterdays.

(Ralph Waldo Emerson)

You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.
(Abraham Lincoln)

I do not think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday.
(Abraham Lincoln)

I try to learn from the past, but I plan for the future by focusing exclusively on the present.

(Donald Trump)

The future belongs to those who prepare for it. Yesterday is a canceled check; tomorrow is a promissory note; today is the only cash you have. Spend it wisely.
